That in Argentina, if you have OSDE Medical Insurance, Plan #410 (One of the better, but not incredibly expensive plans), after being a client for one year, you are entitled to a FREE breast augmentation surgery ????

And if you remain a client, you are entitled to one cosmetic surgery every 3 years ?? Free of charge.

If that doesn't explain why everyone here is insane, I'm not sure what does.
