However, that doesn't stop me from poring over cookbooks, watching my favorite food-related shows (I hate the Food Network though), and finding/filing recipes I discover online.
The New York Times' "Recipes for Health" section never fails to post easy, healthy and delicious dishes that can be prepared with some fresh produce and staples almost everyone has in their pantry. Given that our seasons are flipped, I can't always find the necessary ingredients, but the archives are chock-full of fabulous ideas and inspiration...
